By downloading, accessing, or using the HabitFine mobile application and website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Nature of Service & Accountability Fines

HabitFine provides tools for habit building, productivity tracking, Pomodoro focus sessions, and motivational penalty jars. You understand that penalty debts generated in the app are simulation tools intended for self-improvement and carry no real legal or actual financial liabilities.

3. Premium Purchases & Promo Codes

In-app upgrades (Monthly, 1-Year Pass, Lifetime Access) are processed securely through Google Play. Promo codes like TRYYEAR are promotional and subject to app version eligibility.

4. Limitation of Liability

HabitFine is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from device damage, OS clearing, or unbacked-up app resets.
